Golf Course Signup Details
Determine first whether to list only the signature hole (Pages #1 & 2 only) or all 18. Reasons for this decision may be that photos for all 18 are currently unavailable and the course is not green (winter conditions) for photography or it could simply be budget requirements. If photos of the course exist they can be converted to images for the GOLFHOLES listing.
OPTION #2 - Signature Hole and General Information Page Only
1. Page #1. Signature Hole Page - Determine which hole your course prefers to present in page one (signature hole) and add this to the information to be submitted. The text that accompanies the signature hole includes the hole number, par for the hole, statistics (tee lengths) and a comment about the hole briefly describing the hole including strategy and challenges presented. Typically a photo of the tee shot and one of the green is used for this. However substitutions can be made such as a view of the clubhouse and/or overhead view of the course or hole.
2. Page #2 - General Information Page
- Provide information for the following 7 sections of the General
Information Page. We will use the wording submitted to us unless
of course spelling or typos need to be corrected. Keep in mind
that brevity is important in order to deliver factual information
consistent with our format - not standard advertising rhetoric.
Preferably information for these 7 sections should be entered
on-line as part of the On-Line Subscription Submission Form.
Directions | Provide the direction from the nearest large city, Interstate highway or other key travel starting point. |
Fees | Include standard greens fees for weekdays, Fridays if applicable, holidays and weekends. Specify inclusion or non-inclusion of cart fees. Senior rate and lady days should also be included if applicable as well as seasonal discounts. |

OPTION #1 - 18 Hole Listing
Page #3 - Hole Layout Page - Typically this page shows graphically each of the 18 holes, where the image is scanned in from the scorecard. If the scorecard does not have this layout and it doesn't exist in another form, we will add links directly to each hole from the Hole Layouts section of the General Information Page.
Pages #4 through 21 (18 Holes) - We will use the scorecard for hole statistics. You must provide the photos and the hole descriptions/strategies for each hole.
